The Cottage

The clinic is located in historic Avenue Cottage built by Thomas Flew in 1886.

Parking
Half hour parking is available on Avenue Road directly outside the clinic. One hour spots are available across the road and down Ballantyne St. Untimed parking is available on Cowles road.

How We Help

What we do

Our practitioners combine traditional and modern osteopathic techniques. Our aim is to give you targeted treatment results with minimal recovery time. From long-term illness and pain and to sudden injury discomfort, our practitioners approach each patient with an open mind and a wealth of osteopathic experience, to create personalised and tailored treatment plans. Our qualified and skilled practitioners are able to treat almost everybody, from babies and infants to chronic or suddenly acute patients. 

What we treat

There are infinite reasons why a patient may come to our osteopathic clinic, and a vast array of symptoms they may present. Though not exhaustive, the list below highlights some of the most common issues our Mosman clinic treats:

  • Home exercise and Stretching Prescription

How long does it take

Treatment plans usually consist of three to four osteo sessions with a practitioner, or may require ongoing visits in order to effectively treat your issue. 


It is important to note that treatment plans will be different for each person, and that treatment time will differ accordingly. Your practitioner will discuss this in detail with you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes patient's may need to change their appointments. We request patients give at least 24hrs notice when either cancelling and/or rescheduling appointments.


Our policy is to confirm appointments 24hrs ahead of time via SMS. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact reception on 9960 2122, reply to the text message reminder or send us an email to info@mosmanosteo.com.au


Patients who give less than 24hrs notice may incur a cancellation charge. Occasionally, keeping a scheduled appointment may not always be possible due to unforeseen circumstances. We will take that into consideration before charging a missed appointment fee.
